TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Runner’s below the age of 15 must be accompanied by at least one parent.
Participants who completed the online registration form agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the event.
Participant must include a payment receipt as a proof of payment either By Hand OR Online Banking
The organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these rules and regulations of the race from time to time as they deem fit.
Upon participant confirmation, change of category, t-shirt size or other details will not be entertained.
Due to poor weather conditions (haze/heavy rain), the event may be cancelled by the organizer.
All uncollected Race-Kit after Race Entry Pack Collection Day will be kept for organizer use.
The Organiser and partner reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors anywhere in the world without any notification and/or payment to the Participants.
All winners must provide identification card or passport for age verification at secretariat room before price giving ceremony.
The organizer decision is final.

SAFETY AND HEALTH MEASURES

Participants should be free from any medical, physical, mental disability and chronic/infectious disease which would deemed unsafe to participate in the race.
The organizer will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants. However, every participant is responsible for his/her involvement in the race. The organizers will not be liable for any injuries, mishaps, sickness, death or loss/damage to personal property that may occur during the race.
